ACW has obtained exclusive usage of one of the Staple Center's VIP suites for this exciting event. The L.A. Sparks, with the Los Angeles debut of their new star acquisition, rookie forward Candace Parker, and the return of 3-time WNBA MVP Lisa Leslie, take on the 2007 WNBA Champion Phoenix Mercury in this year's home opener.
This is guaranteed to be an exciting game, as L.A. spoiled the home opener for Phoenix by beating them on their home opener last week. The Mercury may have received their 2007 Championship rings in a ceremony before the game, but it was the Sparks that stole the show; and with their new dynamic duo, are the odds-on favorite for a championship this year, and possibly many more...
